    Hi there,

    I see that you processed the refund on 11/9. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. So, I would say if you do not see anything by the middle of this week, please reach back out to us and also your financial institution.

    Our system shows that the funds have been released, so we no longer have it on our end. Your bank can also see pending transactions at times, so they may be able to let you know if your funds will post soon.
