I haven’t received my wordpress subscription refund

I purchased a WordPress subscription 8th of July. I cancelled that subscription on 10th July it’s been over two weeks I haven’t received a refund.
I emailed to contact support a few ago but no response. If I don’t receive any response from WordPress then I’ll be pushed to take some action again WordPress

Hey there… have you contacted your bank about this? The refund is showing as complete on our end, so if it’s still not showing up there it may be a routing issue with your bank. We’ll also reach out privately with the ARN, which they might ask for.

i have subscribed on 28th mo July and cancelled on that day only but still now I didn’t receive my refund. I need my refund
