You’re right. I can see we issued the refund on May 19 and you can see a receipt for the refund here:

Can you Please check with your bank directly on this and let me know if you need any additional information on our end?
You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

I’ve been waiting for months. The refund never arrive to my bank account.

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used to purchase the upgrade.

May I ask which credit card did you refund to?
The Billing history doesn’t show.
Maybe I’m looking at the wrong bank account.

Hey fstat,
Thing is, I remove my credit card from WordPress. And there is no other record.
I have two bank accounts. I think I used my company account. Would you have a look at the credit card record? I only need the last 4 numbers to make sure I’m looking at the right bank account.
