i haven't received the confirmation email to verify my email address

I have not received a verification email to verify the address in my inbox, I have resent the email from wordpress a number of times still nothing received in my inbox. Also I cancelled a payment for domain and it still says cancellation pending.

I’m sorry to hear that the email isn’t coming through! First let me make sure, have you checked your spam filter or any other filters which you may have set up to make sure it’s not there?
If it’s not, there is a link which you can click to have the email sent to another email address. You can try sending it there if you’d like.
And finally, if you’d like I can cancel and refund your domain for you. It is pending because we send you an email confirmation on that as well. If you don’t click a link in that email then the domain doesn’t cancel (for security reasons).

Thank you amightywp for answering. If i send it to another email, would the cancellation email come through to the new email as well?

I don’t believe it will, however you can update your email address through your settings interface.
I also can cancel that domain for you if you’d like. :)

That’s not a problem at all. I have cancelled your domain and refunded you the £12 which was originally charged to your account. You should see it appear as a credit with your bank in the next few days to couple of weeks depending on your bank’s policies.
