  Hello, I have requested a refund and it was confirmed on the 29th of June. However, I still haven’t received the refund amount to my bank account.

  Hi there!

  I pulled up the transaction and it looks like the request to cancel and refund the charge was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank. Therefore, your bank would have removed the original charge from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
