I hosted my domain and can't edit it

  Hi,
  This issue is still ongoing and I am getting very little support from both Wildwest domains and WordPress.
  I only have 1 e-mail address and 1 WP account. However, wordpress support insists that I have my domain registered under another address which is literally impossible and if that is the case I am very curious to know which one.
  Additionally, wildwest are simply not responding.
  I have a receipt of my domain payment issues by WP and sent to my main e-mail address that I use for WP and that is my only one. Therefore, I expect WP or whoever is in charge of it to give me access to my domain so I can edit. I have checked with colleagues and they never experienced this issue so please help here. I paid for something that is not available for me.
