    I ignored my site for a very long time and would like to start using it now. Error messages pop up stating what I write cannot be saved and the web page is not available; yet, I am able to log in and type. In trying to register for a new site on WordPress, thinking that is the issue, I am automatically rerouted to the sundandshield.net, the original site that has the aforementioned issues. What is the best next step to get the blog going?

    The domain name you have mentioned is hosted on Bluehost, not WordPress.com.

    You should talk to the customer support of your web hosting(Bluehost) to clear your doubts.

    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    If still want help from a forum, you should submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
