  I implement the code Alexa Traffic Free on my wordpress blog for free, I want to know if I can do this and how can I implement this verification code.

  That’s not possible as there is no blogger access to metadtat on WordPress.com blogs. This is a multiuser site and we cannot install access and install any tracking code in the <header>.
