I incorrectly changed my domain name, and now I can’t access my account

I changed my domain name from selectyourdigital.com to http://www.freeplrstore.com in the general settings and saved the changes, but I can’t log back into my account.
Will someone please advise?

SelectYourDigital is hosted with Fasthosts not Ionos.
i just want to know what to do to get access to the account again.

If your domain is hosted with Fasthost, you might have to contact their support to get help on accessing your account. Our scope of support is within WordPress.com sites.
