I installed a a new theme and now my jetpack cant communicate with site

    I installed a new theme and now my site cant communicate with jetpack.
    I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall a new theme but it does not show plugins or allow me to deactivate theme. I do not have registered site PHP.
    Please help, my site is down.
