I just bought a ‘Personal plan’ My payment has been deducted but I am still on the free plan.

  So I bought a ‘Personal Plan’ on word press for 1 year. Payment has been deducted from my bank but my site is still on the usual ‘free’ plan. Please help me. Its like wasting my money. I don’t wanna try to buy again because I am afraid it will charge me double.

  Hi,

  I only have one wordpress account. Yes I saw, there is no mention of purchases on my account but the amount was deducted from my bank when I filled up the form and gave my card details. I did the $4 personal plan and the validity is for one year. My bank says its deducted by the WordPress but I can’t see anything on my wordpress account. I used paypal to buy. Is there anything I should do to check?

  Hi there,

  I can see attempted payment to PayPal in your account, but our system indicates those payments failed. Please double check with your bank and make sure whether those transactions haven’t already been reversed on your statement again – banks typically take a few days to reflect something like that on your statement.

  I also suggest you try contacting PayPal support directly to find out if they can give any specific reason for why the transaction will not go through on their end.

  So I talked to the bank and told them everything, they said that wordpress would need to cancel the transaction so I could get my money back.

  After that I will buy $4 plan again.
