I just bought a premium plan and now my theme doesn't display correctly
-
After purchasing a premium plan for $79, the header image on my blog displays in the wrong place. If I choose to hide it, the menu is also hidden.

Actually it is functioning correctly now because I cancelled the premium upgrade. Once I did that, the site returned to its previous functionality. I’m not really in a good position to have the site unusable for even a day, so rather than wait I decided to return to the free site which works.
I’m still at a loss to know what happened when I went premium, or how to troubleshoot it in a timely fashion so that my visitors are not inconvenienced again.
