I just created a new blog, with my first 2 posts I put tags, and recieved likes.

  I just created a new blog, with my first 2 posts I put tags, and recieved likes. I was playing around with the screen options and customization, I think I chose an option where my tags are not shows anymore. I am no longer recieveing followers or likes, with my last few posts since then. how can i change it back? thank you for your time
