  how to install a theme?
  i want to install a theme for my blog,
  i read the manual , and i didint quite understand.
  you can install themes on wordpress.org , but not on wordpress.com ?

  if so …how can i move my blog to wordpress.org ?

  That’s correct, themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
