I just got accepted into Google News and I need help with sitemaps.

  Hey all,
  I was just accepted for inclusion to Google News and they recommend that I submit a Google News sitemap to help you speed up the discovery of your pages, have more control over the content you submit and access error reports specific to Google News. I know one is automatically created on WordPress.com for me at http://theearlyregistration.com/news-sitemap.xml but I don’t know how to edit what is and is not included here.

  I know this is all easier with WordPress.org but I don’t want to make the switch yet. So I need to know how to either create a new news sitemap and submit it, or how to adjust what goes automatically on my current news sitemap and how to submit it on Google so my news articles specifically are included on Google News. I tried searching extensively on this and could not find enough guidance.
