I just got charges $300 for Word Press.

    I am not using this account and would like you to cancel it and issue me a refund. It is not intuitive to me and I have been struggling. Finally, I switched to a new platform. Would you please cancel this account and issue me a refund to the card ending in 4945. I should be within my 30 day cancelation period. Thank you, and stay safe!

    Hi there, it looks like you were already refunded yesterday. The refund is still being processed, so please allow 5-10 business days for that to appear on your account.

    You also had a different refund a few weeks ago. That one is complete of course, but if you need more help, let us know.
