It can be held as well if it’s questionable. Take a look further down on that page you’re looking at. On my setup, it will hold a comment if it contains links or certain words.

It did have one link to a picture from her photo bucket account. But I have the number set to 2 links that would be held for moderation.

While there are a few ‘key’ words in there that may have caused it to be moderated, I’m voting for the all caps of the comment. This is really a Matt question as from what I gather, he’s the one who created the scoring system for Akismet but its been stated that they won’t give up any information about the system as that would lead to spammers trying to second quess it in an attempt to get around it.

There is a link there in the second paragraph but it’s cut off for some reason and not clickable. So I don’t think that counts as a second “link” along with the bottom photobucket link, which is clickable. Maybe it is the all caps. Never heard of that though as a sign of spam. This is the second time she’s done this. lol

Its on my scoring system we use over here for email spam. Not a high score but it’s usually a sign.
