    I just made a double paiement and i made a mistake. I wanted to buy the no pub and i think i bought both the no pub at 30 dollars as well as the get prenium at 99 dollars. I would like to cancel the prenium one. Looking forward to your asnwer. Meryl

    Go to
    > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    > Dashboard > Store > Billing History

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Hi there, the only transaction I see on this account is the No Ads upgrade. There’s no record of a $99 Premium purchase. Is it possible you were logged in on a different account when you made it? Did you get a receipt for the purchase?

    You can see all your past transactions under Store > Billing History.

    Just let me know if you still need any help.
