I just made a page but can not see it when I click the website link

I just publish a page but I do not see it on the front of my webpage that I have here and when to see if I can add a right side column so I can a page buttom so that people can click to navigate around my site its been about 6 years since I dealt with wordpress and need to bush up here. I was thinking maybe I did not add something but I thoght that all theme plates had a page widget built in on all model and way back then you could add free widgets link clocks, calenders and other things free but cut to the chase can you please take a look at my site please and tell me what I need to do to make my published page appear on my front page, Thank You , Allen Williams (bestinourprofession )

Could you provide a little further info about what exactly you have done?
From what I understand, you have created and published a new page but it is not yet appearing on your homepage menu?
If this is the case, it is likely because you actually must manually add this new page as a menu item to your main menu in order for it to appear there and so that visitors can access it from the homepage.
To add this newly published page, head to your Customizer, select Menus, select the tab for your current primary menu and follow the direction outlined at the following link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#2-add-menu-items
You can also add widgets to various locations on your pages by heading to the Widgets section of your Customizer.
