I just need to register domain and hosting and can't get through your unlogic steps

Hi there, you recommend to use your hosting and your domain, but within third step you registered different domain than I wanted – instead of ‘elisfera.com’ that I wrote, you created something like elisferacom.wordpress.com ??? I have no issue to change it and pay for domain + hosting within wordpress, as you offer an Upgrade, but when I get into upgrade, it does not talk about domain BUT email, I fill in all that waist of time forms and within post code which is for Prague 10 – 10000, it does not let me continue…so for now, I am totally nervous that somebody steals my domain because I am stuck within this…I can’t even delete the whole account that I have just created, you do not offer that anywhere…? I am already demotivated by not effective not intuitive space:(…why you simply do not write…hosting…your own domain booking, we provide within hosting this and that…easy, simple, effective…and that many guides and guidelines about nothing I need yet…sorry for being unpleasant, but I have just spent whole day on searching, listening to vimeo and you tube guidelines and all that guys, each saying utterly opposite who guide for their own hosting and templates buying. If you happy as you write down here within your team, than I am not, I am very unhappy now that I cannot start creating anything.

Thank you Jesse, I certainly was on this page but as I wrote I get stuck immediately within the very first step going to “domain”…upgrade etc. finishing with entering “post code” which stays in red and I can’t continue and therefore I can’t upgrade…but also, does it include hosting and domain to pay this “basic” upgrade? Because otherwise I can buy domain at Endora, Onebit or Wedos for few dollars per yer and large unlimited hosting for just a few Dollars…it is hard to chose and understand if it is not described properly. Thank you very much and yes – I need to have my domain to be http://www.elisfera.com and if your happy engineers need anything, I am here. Thank you.

To your question, any paid upgrade includes your domain purchase and registration as well as the hosting of your WordPress.com site, without any of the regular maintenance needs if you do it yourself. ok, hopefully it can be done and I certainly went through that plan options but hardly found detailed info to hosting as I wrote within first mail. I would chose Premium but it looks as it is much more expensive that buying it within Czech providers…can you tell me what are detailed specifics of hosting within Personal and Premium Plan please?

First, let’s figure out the best plan option for your site.
Remember, you can always upgrade to Business later on if you decide that you need those specific features. Examples: custom third party theme, or plugins.

I am sorry I would like to solve that and make it easier, as I said I already chose the “personal” as the other one is I would say, expensive…withing weds provider I can see what they offer within hosting and domain and their also guarantee same price next year…what I am asking is this description to I can decide finally. I need to know what are benefits of paying you monthly for me, because what I read under “personal” is all I am getting anyway downloading the system for free with free templates right? This is the description I am asking about https://hosting.wedos.com/en/webhosting.html. Also before this I tried to purchase it but it did not allowed me to as I wrote in previous conversation with your colleague. And here is what I need: web for alternative healers and art, template which will have blog, e-shop, and have opportunity to build many menus buttons. I like Divi template that I saw somewhere but guess it is not for free.

What you’ve described here is not possible with the Personal plan.

You will need plugin functionality to have an e-shop. My suggestion would be to use WooCommerce for this and you can add that plugin as part of our Business plan. The Business plan is also required to upload a third party theme.
We have many free themes too at wordpress.com/themes/
It is possible that the pricing could change slightly up or down from year to year for the plan Business plan renewal.
