i just opened an account but wordpress put in the wrong domain name.

  i just opened an account i own my own domain name paddlestickgaming.com wordpress got me down as paddlestick.com this is all new for me an my first account please change

  Hi,

  Your WordPress.com blog comes with a free address, like paddlestickcom.wordpress.com. You can get rid of the .wordpress.com part and use a custom domain name instead.

  If you want to use a domain you already own, you can do so with Domain Mapping. There is more information about this here:

  From looking at your account, I can see you have set up two sites. Which one do you want to use your domain (paddlestickgaming.com) with?

  @gemmacevans – The OP did create another post here which seems to indicate that they were trying to use their own domain name but accidentally purchased a separate domain.
