  Long time customer. Just paid for an upgrade. Was experimenting with a new theme for a couple of days before the upgrade. Don’t like it so I changed back to the old one. Can you please transfer the customization upgrade for me? It’s not working. Thanks!

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com Premium package and all the upgrades that go with it are all attached to the blog rather than to any one theme. So if you changed themes around, it shouldn’t have caused your Custom Design upgrade to stop working.

  What isn’t working for you now? Are you unable to add custom CSS or was there something else you were trying to do and aren’t able to? Let me know and I’ll take a look!
