I see that you have upgraded your WordPress.com site rachelvalencourt.wordpress.com to the WordPress.com Personal plan. Could you tell us more about which subscription button is not working? Please let us know in detail what’s happening so we can troubleshoot the issue for you.
On a separate note, I noticed you added a domain connection for rachelvalencourt.com, but the domain is not pointing to us yet. When you’re ready to point the domain to your WordPress.com site, please make sure to follow the steps here.
