I just paid for WordPress business for 1 year!! And nothing has changed!!

    I just paid for a whole year of wpbusiness and I’m only able to use the free version?!

    Since it looks like your query was routed to the community forums rather than directly to Support, is it possible that you need to be logged in with a different account to this one you are logged in with now?

    Hello again, One other thing you can check in the meantime is whether you see the WordPress.com plan on your Purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you paid for a WordPress.com Business subscription, you need to be logged into the account that made that purchase in order to use live chat and priority email support. Since you’re logged into an account with no upgrades, your help requests are routed to the free support forums, where volunteers and staff can help you with your questions.

    I will note that you also need to follow our Community Standards and any further name-calling, accusations, harassment, and other abuse toward the community or staff will not be tolerated. I’ve also removed your other posts as they’re duplicates of this one and not constructive to your current issue.

    With that said, can you let us know the URL of the site where this upgrade was purchased? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
