i just paid my annual bill recieved an email with the receipt for payment. There is a link in the email to update renewal settings. When i click on it brings me to a page saying i dont have any wordpress sites yet?!?

  i just paid my annual bill and received an email with the receipt for payment. There is a link in the email to update renewal settings. When i click on it it brings me to a page saying i dont have any wordpress sites yet?!? I need to speak with someone to sort this through. I think my old free wordpress blog site may still be active? HELP
