    I just purchased a plan and want my free domain to be provided as promised. Neither I can see the transfer of a domain nor the option to claim my free domain. Kindly help resolve the issue.

    It looks like investingelixir.com was selected for transfer from GoDaddy. To check, is this the domain you’d like to use?

    Also to check, when was the domain purchased with GoDaddy? The reason being is that if it were purchased recently, it may be the case that domain is subject to an ICANN imposed transfer lock for 60 days after the purchase.

    If that’s the case, it’s possible to connect the domain using custom DNS settings – and this is how this could be done as part of the plan. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
