i just purchased a site and its not there

  I purchased a .com and every where I look on my profile the headings are wrong, and it repeatedly tells me i dont have any sites, however the domain i wanted, and paid for, shows up if i type it in the search bar. once i get into the account, it says there is no site…that is impossible. also the reciept in my email has incorrect web address info, I really need help please folks
