I just purchased and Elegant Theme – are you telling me I can't use it on WP?

    Can i import and elegant theme onto wordpress? A million links online tell me I can’t. Please tell me I didn’t just waste $39 when I bought it.

    If you bought and downloaded a theme online, then you need to see if the provider will give you a refund.

    We cannot use any themes that are available online; themes online which say they are for WordPress are for WordPress.ORG.

    The only themes we can use on the WordPress.COM platform are the ones you see here: http://wordpress.com/themes/ or
    via dashboard—>appearance—>themes

    The WordPress.com platform may have themes with the same names as you can find online, but any and all themes available for use here are specially adapted to work with our software.
