I just purchased the upgrade, is it unique to the blog or the user?

  I just purchased the custom upgrade package. Am I able to use this with multiple blogs that i set up or is it a unique use to the blog?

  The Custom Design upgrade is unique to each blog and costs $30 per blog, per year.
