I just purchased the value bundle and have ads on my site

  I just shelled out $99.00 bucks for a value bundle that comes with the No Ads upgrade specifically so that I would not see ads on my site. Today, ads appeared. I want them off please or my money back.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you mean some type of video?

  Where is it on the page? Top? Middle? Bottom? Side?

  How long ago did you do the upgrade?

  like a flash video. its on the right hand side, under my header. I didnt upgrade an existing site, I bought the value bundle and then created my site. This site is only a week old.

  Since you have a Custom domain, there is a chance that you may have WordAds activated on your site. WordAds is the WordPress.com ad revenue sharing program. http://wordads.co/

  Please look in your Dashboard under Settings and see if you see WordAds there. If you do, you can turn them off there.

  I’m not sure if that’s a WP inserted ad. Someone else who reads this thread will have to comment on whether it is or not.

  In the mean time, check your browser for any rogue add-ons, extensions or toolbars. Some of them will cause ads to display.

  I don’t see any ads at http://statisticalanamoly.com/ and you aren’t signed up for WordAds.

  Would you please take a screenshot of the ad you see and upload it via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so I can take a look?

  Those ads are not placed on your site by WordPress.com. They are being placed there by software on your own computer, unfortunately. Notice the text below that says “Ads not by this site”? These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
