Hi there,
Please note that WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins. If you would like more control over plugins and the option to install your own, a WordPress.org setup would be the best solution for you.
This page explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in more detail, if you’re interested:
If you need this plugin, it would be best to move to WordPress.org. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.

If you want to move let me know and I can provide you instructions on how.

Thank you for the info…I have some thinking to do. I may bug a tech friend of mine to see if it’s going to make sense for me to migrate to self-hosting. In the meantime if you could send the instructions too, that will give me more insight into what I may be getting into.

Sure! This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:

As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:

Hi Grace, me again. I signed up for hosting. I’ve exported my file to my computer. Blue Host is now hosting my .com site but how do I get it to the .org version now that Blue Host has my .com? I want the ecommerce feature so it’s still not available with the new host.
-
PS. Blue Host automatically installed wordpress 4.1.1 but the dashboard looks the same, no access to plug-ins, etc. ?

If you’re logging in at yogaandgreentea.com/wp-admin, you’re still logging into WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact your webhost to find the correct place to log in until you move the domain to the new site.
