I just started with WordPress and had a username of vcorda which no longer works

  I created pages with it and redirected to loricorda.com. I was able to see the pages via FTP in dreamweaver hosted on the Ipower servers. I changed to the wordpress nameservers in my domain manager in ipower. I was able to get plugins and set them up and saw the pages on loricorda.com. I was able to see images in the library that I uploaded and saw them on my ipower server. Today, the vcorda login was gone and I could only login as loricorda and all my pages were gone as well as the images in the library. It’s as if there were 2 different accounts. If you are able, check out the emails you sent to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) and you will see 2 different usernames.
  Did it take a while for the new nameservers to take effect and that is why I lost my pages? But what happened to the vcorda login. I was able to download and use a Gecka plugin for submenus but after looking at documentation it looks like you can only do that if you are on WordPress.org. i can start allover again but I do need to be able to create pages and add plugins like Gecka and Google calendar and would like access to the html. What should I do and what happened to the vcorda login?

  Yes, it sounds like you did two different things here.

  1. You got a hosting provider and installed WordPress from http://wordpress.org/

  2. You signed up for a blog at here a WordPress.com

  Two be clear, WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two entirely different entities: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you want to use plugins and edit pages via FTP, you’ll need to work with your self-hosted WordPress.org blog, currently at http://loricorda.com/
