  just updated my credit card information. It was due to auto-renew on January 24, 2015, and i wanted to be sure the card was good. The site is treating this like i just created a new blog. Am I good?

  Hi!

  Are you referring to the domain theworldaccordingtojud.com? It looks like that domain was already autorenewed on 1/10/15 and is now good through 2/7/16 as shown here:

  https://wjudson461.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Your domain should be good to go through then!
