I just want to cancel my freaking domain!

    I just want to cancel my freaking domain, but I keep being led on a wild goose chase. I don’t care about a refund, I just want to delete it. Help!

    Hi there,

    I can certainly help you with that. I just need to verify the domain name that you want cancelled. Could you please provide the full URL for me for verification purposes?

    Also, please be aware that once a domain name is cancelled, it is gone and we cannot retrieve it. It will eventually be returned to the domain registrar who will hold on to it for an unknown number of days before releasing it to the general public, any of who will be able to register it.

    As long as you’re OK with this, let me know the domain and I can proceed!
