I KEEP GETTING A BLANK PAGE WHEN I CLICK ‘EDIT PAGE’ FOR MY SITE

My site has not been able to be updated or edited for several days now and I am incredibly frustrated at the lack of direct support with WordPress. From my original post from last week, I only received one unhelpful response to basically clear my browser history. THIS ISSUE IS NOT BROWSER RELATED – I have the same problem whether I do it through Chrome or MS Edge. My website is up and accessible. But every time I click on the ‘Edit Page’ link – whether from my dashboard or from the site itself – I get the dashboard column on the left side and that’s it – the rest of my screen is blank. PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY. This is a website of a nonprofit organization that that operates based on donations and I CAN’T ADD MY DONATION BUTTON.

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
