I keep getting a CONFIRM EMAIL message at top of my page

  I keep getting a CONFIRM EMAIL message despite my confirming weeks ago. And now I cannot post. When I select RESEND EMAIL – it immediately says EMAIL SENT – but I receive no email at my email acct. TWO DAYS of this and nothing. No responses to my pleas for help either.
