  I keep getting an error message when making a purchase. Why can I NOT speak to a freaking human being in order to actually GIVE THIS FREAKING COMPANY MONEY?!?!

  I’m trying to map my purchased domain name to my WP account.

  Why is there no telephone number to actually speak with someone?!?! I want to purchase the premium plan. Please help me spend my money on your company!

  Hi there,

  Can you please tell me exactly what error message you’re seeing? It would be even better if you can take a screen shot of the error and upload it to your media library so we can take a look.

  And what is the domain you’re trying to map? With some domains we first need to create a zone record before you can map it, but I need to know the domain to do that.

  Note that domain mapping is not available as a single upgrade, but can only be added as part of the Premium Plan.
