I keep getting comment notification from potential hackers, I cannot block them it doesnt work, but only through one site I follow

  How do I block comments from potential hackers. I have had a couple of notifications now but cannot block them.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, Do these suspect comments appear in your site’s Approved, Pending, or Spam folder? If the latter, Spam, you can continue to ignore them because Akismet, our spam blocker, already caught them.

  If these comments are getting through and appear in your Approved or Pending folder, then mark them as Spam so that Akismet learns from that. https://wordpress.com/support/comments/#unwanted-comments-and-comment-spam

  Now, that is only relevant for comments left on your own WordPress.com site. If you are talking about spam comments on sites where you’ve signed up to receive notifications of follow up comments on posts, then hopefully the site owner is aware that these are spam comments and have removed them to the Spam folder.

  But you are correct that there’s no mechanism in place here on WordPress.com so you won’t get email notifications of such comments.

  Everyone has the same comment I keep putting them in spam but
  then I get a new e-mail from different site but same comment.

  Don’t worry it’s coming in through my e-mails via My life & horse stories from a blog Diane did on December 10 2019 & I just received another one, I am putting them all in spam.
