I keep getting emails I do not want but…

when I try to manage this (unsubscribe), I am sent to a page that lists a different email address than where I am getting these emails.

It sounds like you’re being redirected to manage subscriptions for the account you’re logged into, rather than the one associated with the email.
Could you log out of WordPress.com, then try clicking the link?
