I keep getting loading error on my website with my mobile phone

    Hello, My website crashes on the i-phone when loading. It seems to be loading then I get ‘Can’t load this page’ notification. I have tried opening it with Chrome and Safari and still get the same message. The website works well on my desktop. Please help. Thanks

    Hi! Your site doesn’t use our managed hosting, but for what it’s worth I can see it on my phone. If you’re still having trouble, can you maybe get in touch with your host? They might be able to spot the issue, since it’s not loading at all on mobile. Maybe you’re in their firewall.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.

    Ope — I just went to close the page on my phone, and it had crashed at some point. And it was a browser crash, not an issue with your hosting. So maybe in this case, try making a simpler front page to see whether that resolves the problem. I’d check in with support for your theme if needed. Good luck!
