i keep getting logged out and am being barred from accessing my own admin panel

  I see this error

  ‘ERROR: too many failed login attempts. please try again in 15 hours’

  Is there any way or anyone i can write to for me to get access to my own admin page which I am being barred from right now?

  I have rather urgent stuff to update on our landing page.
