  I keep getting notifications of new followers from questionable Outlook emails. I have seen other comments like this on help threads and read that a solution was being worked on. Has one been reached? I don’t feel comfortable with all of these spam follower requests. Thank you.

  This is a known issue and is actively being worked on. Staff are removing the followers directly from your site so you don’t have to. If you wish, until this current wave of spam followers is over, you can turn off email notifications by changing your settings here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications Click the arrow on the right and uncheck the box next to Site follows > Email.
