I keep getting Open ID Error when I try to comment on other blogs

    I’m trying to comment on peoples blogs (that are not wordpress blogs). I can either comment using my Google Account or it says Open ID. I click on open ID, the wordpress, then I type in my username (happyinkdesigns) but as soon as I click ‘Post Comment’ it says ‘Open ID Error’. Why can’t I comment using my username? It’s a great way to get people back over to my site…

    Hey,
    I’ve got the same problem. I can’t comment on other blogs, that aren’t form WordPress. There’s always this “Open ID Error”.
    Could someone help us please?

    Really? So I’m not alone on this. That is just silly if we can’t comment on non wordpress blogs. I really like wordpress, but this is a huge problem!! I do hope someone has an answer. Sorry to hear you’re having the same problem, Amber…
