I keep getting subscribed to posts by spammers

  This is pretty clever, I keep getting email notifications about posts on sites that are amazon affiliates, and although I can “manage your email settings” and unsubscribe from each one, I can’t stop them signing me up for multiple spam postings each day.
  
  What are you doing to block this? How can I stop anyone signing up my email address for updates?

  e.g. I just got an about this post:
  “Jellycat Plush Bag Collection Review”
