    Can you please let us know exactly what help you need from us?

    Did your domain got expired? If yes then please let us know the domain name because when domain gets expired it comes under redemption period after some days. So, if you want that domain and your domain is in redemption period you have to pay extra $80 redemption fee to get back your domain.
