  Hi @moonmish, when you allow a domain to expire, it goes through several weeks of a redemption process where you as the original owner can get it back with a late fee. But after that, it’s released for repurchase, and anyone can buy it. In this case, someone did. They have set up a new site already.

  You can register a new domain if you’d like. There are also domain brokers that will try to strike up a deal with the new owner, but that’s a costly service, and there’s no promise that the new owner will be willing to part with it.

  Sorry we can’t do more in a case like this! But on the bright side, since your site was hosted here with us, its content still exists. Let us know if you need help getting that set up with a new name.
