I let the domain expire and someone has taken it. I think i should delete this wp.

    HI there,

    Of which site are you speaking?

    I can see you used to have a domain with us, motosupply.co, but that domain was removed when you requested a refund in September last year. You’ve submitted several support tickets about the site since then, but you never reply again when we answer them.

    If you’re trying to get back that domain we should still be able to restore it to your account. But as your last payment for the domain’s renewal was refunded, you’ll need to pay for it again before we can do that.

    The site you had at that domain was also on our Business Plan and had custom plugins installed. If you buy a new Business Plan we can restore that site for you along with the domain. Or if you want to delete it, or downgrade to a cheaper plan, we’ll have to revert the site to how it was before you installed any plugins. Note that any content you added after installing plugins on the site could be lost during this process.

    Please confirm how you’d like to proceed.

    I would love to recover the domain and site. How much will it cost me to restore? Can i pay by the month or only 12 months of business plan?

    Okay, the domain is now active on your account again.

    But your site still won’t work properly until we either restore the Business Plan, or revert your site back to the state it was before you installed plugins, and as I mentioned above there is the risk of content loss with the latter option.

    @scotthopkin I wanted to note, with the domain we can revert your site back keeping the content, but none of the plugins or themes you’ve added.

    And now that I can see your site, I can see you’ve got a shopping cart that will not function unless you have a business plan in place.
