    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    Additionally, the site healthybenefits.com has never been hosted here at WordPress.com nor has the domain been registered with us, so there’s not much we can do here.

    If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    Thanks for the additional info! To explain a bit about why we’re confused, I do not see any upgrades under your @donal890 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that healthlybenifits.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @donal890 login.

    If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. Also you may wish to check all your active email addresses (the ones you have inbox access to) as we also send out an email receipt that contains this transaction ID too.

    Hi there,

    You can cancel the plan and request a refund once you’re logged in to the account that owns that site.

    As staff-totoro mentioned in their reply, you’re logged in to a different account that’s not associated with that site. So, if you cannot access that other account, you need to use the Account Recovery form:

    I can lodge into the site no bother but only show https://healthlybenifits.com/ is “coming soon”. The problem is why can’t I go to the exact https://healthlybenifits.com/ dashboard on word press it leads me to a different site domain ?

    If you log in to the correct account, you can launch your site as explained here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#coming-soon.

    If you’re having any trouble doing that, you can always reach out to our support team via chat: https://wordpress.com/help/contact (remember, you must be logged into the correct account for that).
    Our team can also help you out with the cancelations if you go that route.

    What domain are you seeing? If you log out from donal890 and log back in using the correct email address, you will see the backend of your site healthlybenifits.com and will be able to manage it from there.

    I’m after using the username donal890 and my only two different email address from Gmail account nothing works for some reason.

    You are still logged in to the wrong account donal890. You must completely log out from that account. next go to https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form where you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning your site. Once logged in to that account, you’ll be able to launch or cancel your site.

    @donal890 – As we’ve said previously you’re logged into the wrong WordPress.com user account to request the cancellation and refund. This is important for a number of reasons, primarily being we need to verify that you own the website in question before we can take any action either financially or otherwise.

    Without being logged into the correct WordPress.com user account – which we’ve stated many times donal890 is not the correct account – you need to go through our account recovery process in order to not only prove you own this site and its upgrades, but to also request that refund. Without you logging into the correct account (and thus proving you own the account), there’s nothing we can do here on the free, public support forums.

    Your only recourse left is to enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and Support should be able to help you with this. Do this after you log out of your donal890 account or open that link in a new, private browser window. Otherwise it’ll try to use your logged in WordPress.com account information.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    Since you have a recent charge, this should be available to you.

    I have tried that link above and it doesn’t work said “can’t be found ”

    I did everything you told me to do and still can’t get a refund request from https://healthlybenifits.com/ this site can’t to got to
