I like to know if wordpess with woocommerce plug in is OK to build webshops?

  Hallo,
  I like to know if I can build small webshops with wordpress with woocommerce plug in.
  does it fullfill the same goals as magento and drupal?
  or magento of drupal ecommerce is beter?
  wich one as professional you advise me to learn ?
  I know already wordpress and I build also website with wordpress and I understand php and javascript.
