1. After purchase the custom domain , Can I change ‘CREATE A FREE WEBSITE OR BLOG AT WORDPRESS.COM. | THE HEMINGWAY REWRITTEN THEME.’ this footer?
2. Can I change wordpress logo from the top?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Removal of the top Admin bar and/or footer credit links is a Terms of Service violation that results in blog suspension and there is no upgrade that changes that.
Terms of Service:
11. Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar.
